Cannot say enough good things about the doctors here. Dr. Domagalski and Dr. Davies took exceptional care of me when I moved here while in my third trimester of pregnancy. While the offices may seem a little more old school, the care they deliver is exceptional. While I had a poor experience at WIH due to hospital staffing, these doctors advocated for me and took wonderful care of me. The reception staff and MAs have always been great to me as well.
Similar to the previous reviewer, I too wish I could leave 0 stars... staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, very difficult to communicate with after waiting over six months for an appointment. The office staff was short and dismissive. The parking lots were completely full and the line inside was slow and inefficient. I had high hopes for this new provider, but after bad vibes on the phone when scheduling and today’s in person experience - I will not be seeing a provider here, returning, or recommending this practice... read more
Wish I could leave 0 stars... staff were very rude and unprofessional, very difficult to get anything scheduled or speak to anyone on the phone. The Dr. was short and dismissive and the entire appt took about 5 minutes. She hardly answered any questions and provided no additional information. She also lied in the appt notes saying we discussed things she never asked about. You would think I was at the DMV not having my first child!
I have never had an issue with any of the drs I have seen all polite and caring.
