They are always so helpful and so kind! I must call them a million times asking when my appointment is and it's always so easy to get a hold of someone. My nephrologist is super kind as well!
If I could give a zero, I would. After a yearly exam and finding nodules (2) one of them 1.4cm, I was sent for bloodwork and an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed the nodules and stated “high risk for thyroid cancer “. I had to get my own results from the hospital and I faxed them over to the “urgent” fax which I was told to do by the answering service. He said Linda Shields would review and get back to me.
