As a woman in her 50s, it means the world to have a medical that listens to your symptoms and believes you instead of being dismissive. The health issues aren’t resolved, but at least we are in process to some answers, because there was an issue once some tests were ordered. Other doctors and even specialists would dismiss me and treat me as though I was attention seeking. I would recommend them any day.
I have had only positive experiences with this practice! I love that theyvaddress my physical and mental health holistically and have capacity to address issues through medicine and lifestyle.
I just had a great first visit with Grace Altebrando FNP. She was very thorough in my initial interview. I felt heard and respected and that she took my concerns seriously. She ordered some blood work to get a better idea of what’s happening and we scheduled a follow appointment. I’m excited about this new patient/practitioner partnership.
My practitioner, Grace Altebrando, has continued to work with me through a difficult diagnosis. As a woman it feels great to be heard and listened to. While easy answers don’t always come, I’m glad that I have Grace to help me through this process.
I had a horrible experience with this practice. I have bipolar disorder and I noticed that I was starting to feel manic. As soon as I noticed this, I made an appointment. The day before my appointment, I injured my knee and was no longer able to drive. I called the office and asked to be switched to Telehealth, as I wasn't able to drive to Montpelier.
