Be careful. I went to purchase a cpap because a friend told me this place was great. So I got the machine and got set up. I asked them specifically about when I would get billed. "Oh they'll show up." Four months later I got my first bill. Normal bill. However the next bill I got was for six hundred dollars. They backdated it all the way to when I first got my equipment. When I was first diagnosed with acute sleep apnea I used this facility. I signed up for automatic shipment of supplies. When I contacted them because I did not receive my full order I was told it was shipped. I explained what I had received and was told “It was shipped”. The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. I received multiple bills and they would not give me an itemized bill or confirm supplies sent. The home health nurses that I have had have been nice and they know how to access a port (more nurses need to be trained to access ports). The issue that I have is that I usually don't know when the nurse comes until a couple hours of them coming. It would be nice to know ahead of time,so I have the supplies ready and make sure I don't have plans or other appointments that day.
Top notch place when they were dealing with my chemotherapy attachments. I wanted to go there again once I was recommended palliative care because of the great experience I had with the nurse during chemo. Unfortunately, it was a complete 180 when I dealt with the palliative care team.
