My husband had a 1:40pm appointment here. He accidentally reported to a UPMC location just 6 minutes down the road. Yes, that was his mistake, but mistakes happen. He arrived to the correct location at 1:11PM and they told him he must reschedule. Every UPMC facility I’ve ever had care in allowed a 15 minute grace period. Not to mention, it takes at least half an hour to be seen by a doctor once you’re there. We even called while he was en-route to let them know of his mistake. For the past 15 years also I can go anywhere with my private insurance, I chose to go to partners in Health upmc. Dr. Dugan was fantastic, although he retired, I searched and found Dr. RYNTHALER also at partners in health. I have chronic pain that is rare. He treated me with respect and I was put at ease at once. Office people are very nice and care about you and I will be staying with the group. Give him a chance, he is very friendly and does not rush you.Give them a chance, they are excellent.

I had an appointment for 4:00 pm at this office. I was not made aware of how long the grace period was prior to arriving. I arrived at 4:09 due to all of the innercity lights, stopsigns, school buses, etc. When I came in (it was complately empty, not a single person in the waiting room) there was no staff at the sign in desk. After a moment woman in the back peeked in and told me to sign in on the kiosk.
