My doctor is awesome, only reason why I put up with the rest of the staff. The receptionist do not even say hello to great you and specifically today I went up to the receptionist to check in and I quote "what do you need?" In a rude tone. I am fed up with those ladies. She proceeded to say (without) looking up self checkin and pointed.
I agree with you!! I had an appointment 2day and they told me I couldn't keep my appointment because they don't accept my insurance any more. I found a different dr!! I have been going to this office since I was a teenager over 30 years!!
This office has really gone down hill over the years. From the simplest of things, such as scheduling an appointment, you have to fight the receptionist over the phone about what type of appointment you want to schedule. Then you are questioned on why you think you need the appointment. What happened to just not feeling well. When did receptionists become doctors?
