Doctor Gregory Gallick refuses to provide approval for a sleep study that he prescribed despite the fact that the visit was paid for. Due to a change in jobs, our insurance changed between when he wrote the prescription and the study (the earliest they could do it was two months out). Without the authorization, my husband can not get treatment for a dangerous condition.
