So far so good. Seems to give a flexible approach to individual needs.
Was interested in scheduling my daughter (a minor) with a therapist (Veronica) and I wanted to meet with Veronica myself first. Was told that my daughter would need to be present for insurance purposes because she would be the patient. Advised Jen that I would "pay out of pocket" for the first charge/visit, bypass the insurance that I just wanted to discuss my daughter myself on the first visit and decide if Veronica was the right fit.
