Was interested in scheduling my daughter (a minor) with a therapist (Veronica) and I wanted to meet with Veronica myself first. Was told that my daughter would need to be present for insurance purposes because she would be the patient. Advised Jen that I would "pay out of pocket" for the first charge/visit, bypass the insurance that I just wanted to discuss my daughter myself on the first visit and decide if Veronica was the right fit. I see a therapist (Mina) at their Newark location. She is so sweet and wonderful and works really hard at developing and maintaining a positive relationship with her clients. I have always felt understood and have never felt judged. I have also never had a problem with the administrative office. Everything has been pretty effortless in terms of billing/payment. Definitely recommend.
