Worst cleaning company I’ve ever had in my house. Unprofessional and rude. I was baffled at how low quality this company is, the product that they were using can all be found at the dollar store and moldy Mr clean erase. I was disgusted. I’m writing this because after all the screw ups, excuses and apologies I was still charged full price. So here’s the story and if anyone has questions I have the text messages to back it all up that I’ll share privately if need be. So I told them it was a 3 story townhouse and no need to do top floor as it’s not used much. Said it was for an upcoming open house on the weekend. Chantal sent me an amazing cleaner! Aylaa did an efficient and impressive job. After chatting with Chantal, I knew she shared my values and preferences for detailed deep cleaning and how to get it done efficiently without cutting corners. She sent me Aylaa who showed up early; got to work right away; and she worked continuously in the absence of her partner who was ill. Over the moon and mad all at once with their service. Had them clean my house while the wife was away so I could take the credit, as I can tidy up but can’t clean to save my life. Well they did such an amazing job, it look my wife 3.8 seconds to call my bluff and ask who I hired. Will have them back again, maybe next time not clean as well so I can try and take credit.
I personally had communication with Chantal, and I am blown away! She was very nice, polite, professional, and responsive. I had fairly specific needs that she and her team accommodated all at a fair price. When we were quoted way more from competition, she blew them out of the water without any fuss. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a good clean.
