I have been a patient of this practice for over 5 years and have received excellent care every time. My primary never rushes me, and listens to everything I have to talk to her about. If the instance arises, I never mind waiting a little extra time for my provider because I know how thorough they are being not only with me, but their other patients as well. I appreciate having a practitioner who listens and is prepared for my visit, even if takes a bit more time. 10/10 recommend.
Never had any issues with this office, the staff is always friendly, sometimes there is a little extra wait, but with Healthcare in this day and age you'll have an extra wait anywhere you go. Dr. Spaulding is very professional and understanding, she takes the time to really listen to her patients.
Called this place instead of my Dr in the same building. Receptionist was very rude over a wrong number
I had an appointment here today, my regular primary care provider was unavailable so I had said it was fine to be seen by a provider named Morgan Slusarczyk. I have serious back pain due to a long term injury and she brushed through the appointment in about 5 mins just by writing a referral to an another doctor. I felt like she didn’t care to spend time and ask information about the injury and my symptoms or really go in detail to talk about any medication that might help.
