I am deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism at Partners in Family Medicine in Cropseyville. Once again, I was forced to wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment, only to have to cancel because I couldn’t wait any longer. This is not the first time this has happened, and it seems like respecting patients’ time is not a priority here. I have been going to this place for over 30 years!! It used to be a great place but now NO! You can't get in when your sick anymore! When I did get in I told Annalise Provost I was having trouble breathing so she checked me over and I went out the door! The staff called me and Annalise said I needed more exercise because I had gained weight!! I still could not breathe!! If you book with Dr. Orsi you'll only get his assistance. I really felt she was very dismissive about my conditions. I didn't see any "practice" expertise, even though she took her time, I didn't get much conclusion. So what's the point of going if she doesn't care about finding the root cause of her patients issues.

It's always great here. I love my doctor Wendy. She's one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She will actually sit and listen to your thoroughly and figure out the best options for what you have or have going on. She's even sat there for a half hour give or take when my grandfather passed and talked to me while I cried and helped me through that hard time. She's an extremely caring individual. There is one doctor there who isn't as friendly but the rest of the staff is great!
