Wow, saw some of the bad reviews and my experience there has been 100% completely different! Ive been going there for many years and the STAFF is great! I agree Dr Orsi's bedside manner isnt the greatest, but both Annaliese and Ashley more than make up for it. I was very sad when Wendy retired. She was a special person and Im glad to have had the privilege of seeing her over the years. My experience started off ok but whenever I've needed more than an annual check up I've been refused to be seen without a Covid test which has now resulted in me going to other places like urgent care or the ER where I've been seen and treated after my condition worsened while waiting weeks to see my doctor. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because when you need a primary care doctor, you won't have access. I am deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism at Partners in Family Medicine in Cropseyville. Once again, I was forced to wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment, only to have to cancel because I couldn’t wait any longer. This is not the first time this has happened, and it seems like respecting patients’ time is not a priority here. I have been going to this place for over 30 years!! It used to be a great place but now NO! You can't get in when your sick anymore! When I did get in I told Annalise Provost I was having trouble breathing so she checked me over and I went out the door! The staff called me and Annalise said I needed more exercise because I had gained weight!! I still could not breathe!!
