Wow, saw some of the bad reviews and my experience there has been 100% completely different! Ive been going there for many years and the STAFF is great! I agree Dr Orsi's bedside manner isnt the greatest, but both Annaliese and Ashley more than make up for it. I was very sad when Wendy retired. She was a special person and Im glad to have had the privilege of seeing her over the years. I am deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism at Partners in Family Medicine in Cropseyville. Once again, I was forced to wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment, only to have to cancel because I couldn’t wait any longer. This is not the first time this has happened, and it seems like respecting patients’ time is not a priority here. My experience started off ok but whenever I've needed more than an annual check up I've been refused to be seen without a Covid test which has now resulted in me going to other places like urgent care or the ER where I've been seen and treated after my condition worsened while waiting weeks to see my doctor. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because when you need a primary care doctor, you won't have access. It's always great here. I love my doctor Wendy. She's one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She will actually sit and listen to your thoroughly and figure out the best options for what you have or have going on. She's even sat there for a half hour give or take when my grandfather passed and talked to me while I cried and helped me through that hard time. She's an extremely caring individual. There is one doctor there who isn't as friendly but the rest of the staff is great!

If I could rate this practice with 0 stars I would. If you like to wait WEEKS for responses for even the simplest things such as medication refills then this is the place for you!!! They are understaffed, non responsive, and have been heading off a cliff since Wendy retired. If you like waiting days or weeks for returned phone calls, weeks or more for refills, and multiple months for a simple appointment DEFINITELY go to CCP on Rt. 2 in Brunswick!!
