Staff are so kind and willing to assist clients! Winona supervisors and case management team do so much for clients and families in the community, its been an amazingly welcoming environment.
They educate both the child and the parents. Our child came home with new signs and words on the first day.
My child was here for a year and 4 months and although most of the time was great and he did show a lot of changes during this time the way they kicked him out was unacceptable. He was in pod 43 and there was a drastic change in staff. Every pick up went great and I was told there was times he had “small aggression towards peers but QUICKLY redirected” other then that he had a great day. So great! No issues, love to hear it.
