i’m making a review solely based on a phone call conversation i had with an employee named Jackie. she was very sweet and informative. ive tend to feel untrustworthy with workers within female care bcus they either don’t care or don’t inform you on information you need, but Jackie made me feel so much more comfortable by informing me on things I didn’t know, that I needed to know and being open minded.

I remain horrified by The Atlantic article that features a woman named "Amanda" who had a healthy/normal pregnancy and viable, healthy baby that came to this clinic at 33 weeks pregnant to ensure the death of her unborn son or daughter. Solely because she did not want to parent him or her after their birth date. Has the staff heard of adoption? Safe havens? The child's father or extended family? I had an exceptional experience at this clinic. The environment was safe, supportive, and well-organized. The office itself was beautiful and immaculately clean, which added to my comfort. The staff were highly qualified, compassionate, and attentive every step of the way. I felt no pain during the procedure and recovered quickly. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and empathy they provided—I felt completely cared for and in good hands throughout the process.

I visited at 30 weeks, everything had to happen so quickly, and I was overwhelmed, stressed, and scared.
