I visit Dr Hallowell at this location, the staff has been courteous. The support staff has been very helpful in doing my preparation for Dr Hallowell visit. Dr Hallowell is very attentive and caring on the progress of my health condition, I feel very lucky to have him as my pulmonologist for the last 4yrs.

HATE MGH!! After 5+ hours of waiting. You are left in the hallway while staff are on social media. Providers do not ask for consent to use a scribe. I should have gone to BWH, partners should not have MGH it is ruining Brigham’s reputation. You are left wondering what’s happening while in pain. Leaving people in hallways is very uncomfortable and humiliating while providers are busy socializing. Patients are hooked up to machines while waiting around for treatment in the hallway. Dr Tello did not treat my family members symptoms or assist in treating concerns that I brought up and that led to his death. Dr Tello is not trustworthy. This makes me think that partners does not look into what doctors they are hiring and makes me think twice about going to another doctor in the system. As a healthcare professional, partners should be sure the care providers are in the position to treat and prevent diseases in patients with SAFE patient outcomes.
