I had an appointment with Sarah Jost-haynes today and she was amazing. I can’t get over how professional, down to earth and generally caring and kind she was to me. She was able to address a condition and preform an in office procedure on the spot for me and I am so thankful for her. The assistant April and office staff were also all great.

I left my appointment over an hour ago and I still can't get over how NICE Jackie Peterson was. She was so pleasant and made me so comfortable. The medical assistant and front desk lady were also super friendly! 10/10 experience.

I guess waiting 2+ weeks for an ovulation medicine is reasonable to them. Despite talking to the doctor and going over our plan, the rude nurse still wanted to clarify with the doctor. Both doctor and her nurses have talked down to me, showed frustration when I asked questions. The nurse's berating was so bad I had to hung up on her. Like we get it, you're smarter than me, I'm clearly an idiot that doesn't understand the trajectory of care and that labs are essential.

Dr Baselice is AMAZING! I saw her years back for an issue I was having, and was scheduled immediatley for surgery (semi-urgent)... this time around I followed up from the ED. They got me in within a few days, and I was scheduled for surgery a week later. The care i've recieved here is unmatched!
