Michael and I did a hypnosis treatment around my fear of flying which suddenly came on when I began to experience increased anxiety this winter. During the treatment, he gave me a hand position to use that will help me to experience a favorite moment of calm and happiness. I felt very calm and supported during the hypnosis.
