I did a retreat with Michael this past Sunday and Monday. What an incredible two days of self discovery, dialogue, and someone who can really listen and help you decipher meaning. I had visceral feelings come up and was safe in his presence to feel them, breathe through them, and release them. I feel five pounds lighter today. I feel more essence and can truly and freely breathe today without the dense sadness and grief.
