I am currently working with Michael on pattern discovery on his new forum format. The interaction with Michael and other participants gives me an outlet for discovery about self that is eye opening...it takes a village and on this format the village is available...the journey starts with one step, a sense of direction and trust outside of yourself. Would highly recommend this format and it's guide, Michael Brady.
Michael and I did a hypnosis treatment around my fear of flying which suddenly came on when I began to experience increased anxiety this winter. During the treatment, he gave me a hand position to use that will help me to experience a favorite moment of calm and happiness. I felt very calm and supported during the hypnosis.
