BEWARE! A credit card from Canada was fraudulently used at this location for just under $1000. (It's in my hand, in Canada.) Their phone is not answered, nor do they have an answering machine?! Sketchy location? Corporate just says to get my credit company to deal with it and don't really care. (They were really nice, just not super helpful. )
Do not think they will charge you less fees than bigger banks, nor treat you in a non patronizing way
They are totally transactional people. When I got approved for a new car they were so friendly and accessible. After everything was signed, none of them responded to any of my emails and questions ever again. So insincere. Also, their phone support is beyond incompetent. They unnecessarily caused so many fines for me. They should pay me back but they never will. Not a member anymore. See ya.
Jennifer was so kind and attentive to me. She made the process of becoming a member and getting my new checking and savings account easy and painless. Also Paul remembered me by name. A very positive experience. I recommend them 💯 percent.
