I can see why they have such a low rating. Absolutely atrocious processes and horrendous customer services. I don’t know why anyone would bank here. Just as bad as Bank of America. Yvette needs to be retrained. Cashing a check shouldn’t take 30 minutes. I’m listening to 3 people scramble to find out how things are supposed to go. Yikes. I feel bad for any members here. RUN to Orange County Credit Union as fast as you can!
Why are they charging for a stolen-lost card? $5 to get one at the branch. Never got a notice of this new update. It should be free. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get it by mail. I’m disappointed in this bank. Never had a problem til now.
