I can see why they have such a low rating. Absolutely atrocious processes and horrendous customer services. I don’t know why anyone would bank here. Just as bad as Bank of America. Yvette needs to be retrained. Cashing a check shouldn’t take 30 minutes. I’m listening to 3 people scramble to find out how things are supposed to go. Yikes. I feel bad for any members here. RUN to Orange County Credit Union as fast as you can!
Why are they charging for a stolen-lost card? $5 to get one at the branch. Never got a notice of this new update. It should be free. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get it by mail. I’m disappointed in this bank. Never had a problem til now.
No way to speak with a representative. If you choose a call back, it never comes. There are 170 calls waiting and no one to answer them. They used to have good service. That is gone.
I'm amazed by Erika! I went to Partners by Anaheim Blvd and the workers couldn't find a solution to a problem I needed to get solved so I went to the one by Katella and Erika went above and beyond! To be able to help me with my problem that is now solved :) Thank you Erika
Wow! Called Anaheim office location , routed call to general info line (I just wanted to know if they provide a medallion signature guarantee service & of course the online search was no help ) My number in the q was 107- estimated wait time 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES !!?!! This is a new one on me !!! Hire some operators !!
