After visiting a GP and a specialist with no answers or diagnosis for my illness, i decided to get treatment at Partners Emergency Room. Uppon arriving i could already notice the difference. The staff was extremely welcoming and took care of me right away. They cared for my pain first to get me comfortable and then did all of the exams on location to figure out what was wrong. I checked in as a patient to this facility last Thursday. The facility is really nice and calming, and the staff is quick and friendly. I had NO WAIT TIME. They got a copy of my license and immediately took me to a room, where a nurse was waiting to take my vitals. They treated my emergency as just that. The last time I had to go to an ER I waited for over 3 hours to be seen while sitting in excruciating pain.
