First time using this office for my dog that requires special care--she is very afraid of Vet offices with a history of non-successful Vet visits. What typically is an all-day process requiring a drop-off and heavy sedation, I was able to get the exam, blood draw and vaccines completed in under an hour. This is an extremely warm, collaborative, and professional team. They handled my dog with care, but with the technique and skill needed to get an efficient outcome. A great place for your pets! They have an amazing customer service and take great care of your pets. They take the time to solve all your questions and to explain all procedures thoroughly. Bob has been amazing taking care of my little corgi! Edit: the first couple of appointments went well. After that, I started to experience administrative delays. I need to submit to my insurance all payments and vet notes, but vet notes with Dr Megan took forever to be processed. I took my corgi once again for dental discomfort, Dr Megan ... read more
Really great staff and a pleasure to speak to when taking cared of our little puppy. Justin and Paige were very nice and helpful.
Everyone at Partners are so sweet and Cricket had such a good time! I picked this vet because they are fear free and everyone on staff follow that philosophy which is very important that my puppy is treated with respect. He had so much cheese during his visit 🧀 if you asked him would probably be his highlight next to all the attention!
