I had been using Parting Waters periodically for years. They had always been very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend using them if you are ever in need.
I recently hired Parting Waters ( Rod Brown) to fix some issues with my pool, and I regret it deeply. Not only did he fail to resolve the problem, but he also charged me an outrageous amount for his services. From the moment he arrived, his attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. He seemed more interested in rushing through the job than actually addressing my concerns. When I tried to ask questions about the issues, he brushed me off and acted like my concerns were a nuisance. However, punctuality was another concern.... read more
