I have been going to Dr Partin since high school. Hands down the best at what he does!
I have been waiting 10 months on replacement frames under warranty. They keep making excuses instead of making it right. My family and I have been going here for many years but I can no longer recommend them.

You are right it is unacceptable. We have reached out to multiple vendors to find a replacement frame in the color you requested. Unfortunately, It has been discontinued and we have not had any luck. You are more then welcome to come in and pick out new frames like we previously offered. We would love to make this right and are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
They are SO incredible. I had an eye emergency at about 5:45pm and Dr. Travis actually met me there and got me all fixed up within the hour! I am so grateful for him and their amazing customer service. I will forever use and recommend them. The only eye doctor I will go to ❤️
Took my daughter in and Dr. Travis was amazing, perfect with her and very patient! Loved our experience!
