I asked a female staff member for assistance, but she was dismissive and bossy simply saying “it’s over there” without any further help or a greeting. Frustrated by the lack of attention, I decided to leave the items. As I was walking out, she questioned with a tone whether I had returned an item infront of my kids, implying I had stolen it. This behavior was rude and unprofessional! I will never go back! I hope you take this feedback into consideration to enhance your customer service.
