I tried to order balloons for a party and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked for a Baloon bouquet of rose gold balloons like I had seen there previously on display and she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. She just kept saying "I dont know what you mean" when I said they could do what ever they thought would look nice with a rose gold theme. I love buying balloons from Parties Plus and supporting a locally owned business. They have good selection and I've always had great service. My only complaint is my latex balloons pop immediately (before even leaving the store) or shortly after I get them home in hotter weather. I will be asking them to not be filled so full next time, in hopes there is room left for them to expand in heat.
Great selection of party items, large variety of colour's or various themes. In addition they carry a good array of items to help with food service. Ie cake boards, chafer dishes and serving trays. The only thing I was disappointed with was they only had a banner for oktoberfest and no other items. UPDATED OCT 7th IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: That is why I love locally owned, they pay attention and connect and want to resolve in any way they can. Absolutely love the new worker. She’s very friendly and professional, makes you feel welcome when you walk in, her bouquets are amazing and overall store is very clean, great job
