I love buying balloons from Parties Plus and supporting a locally owned business. They have good selection and I've always had great service. My only complaint is my latex balloons pop immediately (before even leaving the store) or shortly after I get them home in hotter weather. I will be asking them to not be filled so full next time, in hopes there is room left for them to expand in heat.
Great selection of party items, large variety of colour's or various themes. In addition they carry a good array of items to help with food service. Ie cake boards, chafer dishes and serving trays. The only thing I was disappointed with was they only had a banner for oktoberfest and no other items. UPDATED OCT 7th IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: That is why I love locally owned, they pay attention and connect and want to resolve in any way they can. Absolutely love the new worker. She’s very friendly and professional, makes you feel welcome when you walk in, her bouquets are amazing and overall store is very clean, great job
Nice balloons but super overpriced. I don’t mind paying once in a while but the person working there was incredibly rude. It was like the biggest inconvenience in the world for her to blow up my five balloons. No one else in the store shopping but told me I’d have to come back to get them. I said sure in like 20 minutes? She said well I’ll have other customers coming in and out that I’ll have to do their orders… uh ok, so should I wait here I asked?
