Mr Partida did an excellent job explaining the pros & cons of the research I had done. I was able to make an informed decision. He executed the installation as planned and was able to execute a vent/duct change after my last minute floor plan modification. Price was reasonable. I appreciate his post-installation advice & maintenance recommendations. Highly recommended.

My AC went out on a Monday, it happened to be a much warmer week in March and I wanted a replacement asap! Its always a shock to have to make an unplanned large purchase, but we needed it done asap, and they came through. By Thursday, midday, I had a brand new unit and they made sure to do a very clean job. Even fixing some older ancillary parts. Excellent work! Showed up quickly and very honest about options.

I called today around 3:00, Albert arrived less than hour later. He cleaned the system outside , adjusted the vents. It’s working great now. He is always professional and honest, only company I’d ever call for my air conditioning needs. Thank you!

This review is a year overdue. Came on a weekend when I couldn’t get ahold of anyone else and I’m glad it turned out that way. Mr. Partida was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He worked with my budget and informed me on the state of my more than 20y/o unit. He recommended repair over replacement but still gave me replacement as an option. This is an overdue review from last year and for last week. Air conditioner went out last year, Albert came out right away, repaired at a great price and explained maintenance. Last week my air conditioner wasn’t working properly, he came out that same day, after five, spent about an hour going over system, turns out it was my thermostat (from a different company) he replaced it the next day and explained how I should have my vents open in the house, too. System has been running great. Very trustworthy. Thank you, Albert.
