Ordered 18 mars candy bars, they sent them in a plastic bag, no cardboard to protect them,, they were all mangled, asked for my money back, they offered 10% off next order,they said the weather wasn't hot enough to melt the bars, how stupid can one be to send candy bars in a plastic bag, of course they blame USPS, only thing worse than trying to scrape the candy out of the plastic wrappers was their total lack of caring, worse customer service I've experienced since, well I never have had such a poor experience, they go... read more
Parthenon has the best soured cabbage around! This is a quaint little corner market with lots of great European ethnic foods. Their smoked ribs are also really great, lean and smokey..just what you want to make a great sarma. Love having this store in our town!
I bought my feta Danish cheese from this company two times. The first time I had no problems. The second time was a nightmare! Parthenon foods does not put a perishable item label on the box at all, when my husband asked why they said they don?t need to. The FEDEX delivery person threw the box over my backyard gate and the box full of 5 glass jars of Danish feta cheese which sat in my backyard in a hidden corner on the side of our house for four days.
