Jason is very rude and nasty . My mom reordered a product she bought off the website and it happened to be the wrong product presented in the photo.my Mom got the product and returned it and called to get reimbursed and also the right product this man jason (the owner) was very nasty to her and even when i called to speak to a manager or get a coorperate contact he was very nasty about saying “hes the owner thats as bout all as im going to get” my mom is just trying to get the product she needs to survive and here goes this ... read more

I will NEVER purchase from this company again. I placed an order on the 2nd of the month and received the wrong item on the 8th. I called customer service, and while they apologized and offered to send the correct item, I explained that I needed it urgently and preferred to cancel so I could order from another vendor with overnight shipping. They assured me they could ship the correct item via FedEx, so I agreed. The following day, I called back for the tracking number and was told it was sent via USPS instead.
