Poor quality of drinks, they may be in variety but the actual taste of each drink is poor. The flavor is not there as majority of the drink is 80 percent milk. Their toppings fall flat in flavor as well or sometimes come frozen when they should be soft and chewable; boba/tapioca should be soft, the basic topping for the drink does not come as they should.
