Our shop bought a used engine from Parts Cycle. When we went in install it, the engine was seized. We've tried for 2 months now to get a replacement or refund. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Terrible business!
The worse costumer service.!!I have tried to send back the broken part that I paid for and have had no response for over three weeks via phone or email. In addition, they give wrong contact address. It should be 516 Collage St.
Purchased a rear axle was offered free shipping then received a call from the salvage yard that actually had the part requesting more $$$ for shipping this place is a scam wont answer phone or return emails DO NOT USE THIS SITE BEWARE!!!!
Accidentally ordered the wrong part and Jonathan was extremely helpful in processing a return and getting me the correct part.
