Went for an eye exam as a new patient, and Dr. Partain could not have been nicer or more helpful. He confirmed the details of my insurance coverage, answered all my questions, discussed options, took notes on my scrips to help keep everything straight, and was generally just extremely nice and polite. The office was also very clean and did more cleaning while I was there. Great experience, and very much appreciate the extra effort.
