In fairness, the price is great for home owners of Hillsborough. The service is unprofessional. The person I was talking to on the phone was annoyed with me that I forget to put my bin out one day. He was acting like he was doing me a favor for supporting his business. I guess they terminated my service because the did not leave another container but they did not communicate that to me. For a community company, they need to improve customer service for community they serve..
