We asked Nolan to set up some showings for us and after looking at the first house we knew working with him was going to be a great experience. Nolan is an extremely adept realtor. He knows what to look for in a home, what could be flagged in an inspection, and the best ways to structure an offer. Nolan is an expert negotiator and did an excellent job navigating us to a great deal on a beautiful home. I cannot overstate enough how highly I recommend Nolan as a realtor.

Everyone knows when they meet a genuine person because it just doesn't happen often enough. Bill and Nolan are absolutely genuine and truly care. I had questions and concerns OFTEN, and without pause they were addressed and answered. It can cost a fortune to buy or sell a home and having a flat fee is a huge plus when every time we turn around the price is going up on something else. If you want honesty and compassion, Parsons Realty is the way to go.
Hands down, the best Realtors! They went above and beyond while saving me a ton of money with their reduced commission. Nolan and Bill worked as a team and always picked up their phones whenever I called. Their calming experience guided me through the sale and escrow without stress.
