We asked Nolan to set up some showings for us and after looking at the first house we knew working with him was going to be a great experience. Nolan is an extremely adept realtor. He knows what to look for in a home, what could be flagged in an inspection, and the best ways to structure an offer. Nolan is an expert negotiator and did an excellent job navigating us to a great deal on a beautiful home. I cannot overstate enough how highly I recommend Nolan as a realtor.
Everyone knows when they meet a genuine person because it just doesn't happen often enough. Bill and Nolan are absolutely genuine and truly care. I had questions and concerns OFTEN, and without pause they were addressed and answered. It can cost a fortune to buy or sell a home and having a flat fee is a huge plus when every time we turn around the price is going up on something else.
