I was/am very impressed with Parson's. Their service was impeccable, their staff are polite, very responsive and results were excellent! Would highly recommend and will be calling them again for future needs.
Parsons charged me $908 to install a thermopile and a new Pilot. Less than 24 hours after their work I had no heat again. I contacted Parsons and they asked if I wanted someone to come out and be charged again? There should have been no charge unless another reason other than the parts they put in was a problem. For the amount I spent Parsons should have said we will come out and see if there is a problem related to what we did. To Parson's review monitor reply below (see my responses): The materials required for a repair cannot be fully determined until our technician is onsite and able to assess the situation. -Items such as lubricants, sealants etc. are a very common shop supply that should be on hand. In my experience this is the reason to have a service van that carries these common products. Find somewhere else. Dishonest billing & No consideration to resolve. Discussion was had which included proof of Parsons charging us for travel time for their technician having to replace product that was on hand in their service van but improperly stored and therefore unusable. Service industry professionals should know how to store their products based on manufacturer regulations.
