Had Parsons come and replace my kitchen faucet and run a shower/replace faucet etc in the baththub. It was a great experience, it can be a challenge in the older homes but it went very well.
We had a service person over named meg or Mac which we thought was wonderful, she did an amazing job, however, we give 2 stars because she came in without socks on and Marked up our basement carpet. While using our washroom left a clump of used toilet paper on the floor beside the toilet. Young lady please please please take care of your hygiene better.
I had an amazing experience with Parsons Plumbing. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were outstanding.
$2000 for a hot water Tank that costs $800 is a total rip.off. there labor charge is $114/ hr. For 2 hours work. It should cost $1300 at most
