We had a great experience with Parsons Plumbing! They were able to move our appointment up, which we really appreciated. Jesse diagnosed the issue quickly and was very professional throughout the entire visit. He also referred us to a wonderful mitigation company, which made the whole situation much less stressful. I cannot recommend Parsons enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly clear about the issue, set realistic expectations, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They did an incredible job fixing the issue, and to top it off, their pricing was very affordable. It’s hard to find honest plumbers, but they went above and beyond and left me feeling like family by the end of the job. I won't be using anyone else for my plumbing needs!
Parsons plumbing installed a hot water tank and expansion tanks in one of our rental properties. Price was affordable and easy to work with. Great communication and easy to schedule. Will definitely call again.
My kitchen sink was blocked and they came right away and took out the old steel pipe and put in pvc. They did a wonderful job and the price was very reasonable. I think they are very good and I highly recommend recommend them.
