I had several companies work on my primary residence and my rental unit. Those companies could not even differential between the two properties which one needed the work. Many times, the technician would come to my residence rather than my rental, and vice a versa. The electronic communication was wonky and very difficult. So, we gave Parson's a try. Their work is very good and no nonsense or difficulty with the communication piece. I think that I just might be stuck on Parson's, in a good way, from her on out.
