Well maintained trails with intermediate terrain good for mud or technical trail riding "all major mud holes have a bypass" mainly ATV trails however I had no issues on my bike
Technical trails, muddy areas but you can navigate around them. This time trees were over some trails so I think it's time for maintenance.
Parsons is a great area to ride ATVS. Nice wide trails with some good and challenging trails. Few nice little mud holes you can play in as well.
