I would give zero stars. Do not have a tooth extraction if it is messed up he will kick you out of the office with dry sockets and no medicine.
I would also leave zero stars for Dr. Mims if I could. He did not numb my niece all the way when filling a cavity and then he drilled to far and hit her nerve. Went to another dentist today to get it looked at and they said she will now need a root canal with a cap for that tooth he destroyed. If you have children or are an adult do not see Dr. Mims unless you are willing to take a horrible chance.
