Open to support the community with some appointments on a Saturday. So helpful for those who can't go.during the week because of work. We are incredibly lucky to have a medical team and support staff team who are prepared to work at the weekend.
Absolutely disgusting, I’m a morphine dependent house bound disabled type 2 diabetic and they not only took away my repeat prescription options but they deleted my ever having a prescription, absolutely disgusting, it’s made it very hard for me to get medication while I’m in hospital, how dare they play with people’s lives like this

A receptionist asked me for the exact day I emigrated to the UK (I'm 19, and that was 18 years ago) - then proceeded to loudly imply that "I have no clue" when I ended up here as if I did so illegally
I had an appointment with Dr Westall yesterday, fast and efficient service, was able to help with my HRT issue as well. I normally go to wimpole Rd but I had to visit this surgery for a particular appt. Wonderful friendly service. Thank you. ☺️ X
