Ed and his team are wrapping up a kitchen remodel. They are exceptional. Ed starts with values and integrity is key. He sets a schedule and lives by it. His team is attentive and actively communicates. They work to make the result better than you thought possible. This is a fragmented space with lots of “I know a guy” mentality. We have hired Ed and his crew twice. Once to remodel our bathroom and recently to remodel our kitchen/great room. Ed does not cut corners. If the end result is less than perfect, he sends his guys out to make it perfect. Kind of spendy but very much worth it. His site boss, John is always on top of things and addresses all concerns. Matt did most of the work outside of the cabinet shop (yes they custom build your cabinets) and he is a top-notch craftsman as well as Markus. Ed and his team completed a Kitchen and Dining room remodel this summer and we could not be more satisfied. From start to finish, the process was remarkably smooth and positive. Ed and his team were respectful, attentive, and meticulous with every detail. Despite a few hiccups - and our decision to add a few extras along the way- the project was completed on time and under budget. We're already looking forward to working with Parson's Custom Remodeling again soon when we tackle our home's bedrooms and bathrooms.

We've had a few project completed by Ed Parsons, John and others his crew and are very pleased with results; the latest project was a relatively small one for them - it was a pantry rebuild. Ed came to listen what we wanted and discussed with us what was possible. They built custom cabinets and shelving which transformed the pantry. We love how it turned out.

Excellent service. Ed Parsons and his entire crew, John, Bryce, Marcus, Mark and Asa, just to name a few, we’re outstanding. We had an entire kitchen, vanity bath, laundry room and living area remodel. They were on time every day. Before they left they cleaned up dust etc. They even worked around our two dogs. Ed’s contacts in the industry were invaluable. Fixtures, flooring, backsplash etc. all were coordinated with minimal effort. We love all you did. Again our thanks.
