Parsons Construction found its beginnings in July of 1981, when the company enthusiastically embraced the custom home, remodeling, and commercial market. Our first project was an addition to a residential home in the Spokane Valley. Since then, we've been able to build in numerous neighborhoods and developments throughout the Spokane and Idaho region. Having never built the same home twice, Parsons' creative touch and unique vision has afforded us the opportunity to build some of the most sought after homes in the area.

Wittman Estes has built multiple projects with Parsons and we re continually impressed with their craftsmanship, organization, and all around great teamwork!
Parsons expanded our garage and built an auxiliary dwelling unit (ADU) with deck on top. We are very pleased with the final product. A realtor friend of ours who sells high-quality houses visited recently and praised the quality of construction in the ADU highly.
