If you value your time, don't waste it on this contractor. It took me several phone calls before I was able to speak with anyone. When I finally was able to connect with a Project Manager the conversation was pleasant. However, the promised deadline for my proposal was missed. After several more follow-up phone calls I was given another deadline, which was also missed. I haven't bothered reaching back out and they haven't bothered calling me back.
