This place is horrible they sold me a car for cash told me my registration would come in the mail went to get it myself and was informed the car was never to be sold as a unit of its own that it still had a lean on it! My money was gone and way to get registration years later smh disrespectful and not professional, did not provide any reasonable solution to issue just kept given a run around ridiculous Definitely not recommended a scam and rip off robbery
Let him know that I was driving there, how long it would take and he acknowledged that. I drove 188 miles there and he was selling it as I walked through the door. Gave me zero notification about anyone else inquiring about the vehicle. Terrible and inconsiderate buisness ethics. I would not recommend doing buisness with this company. If this is how they treat people I could only imagine what they do to the cars to sell them.

Just had my car repo'ed, I did not want to do payments again, Stopped by Parsons Auto Sales with a very very small budget for a CASH CAR, I was blessed, although the car I choice was outside my budget they give me 60 days to finish paying the rest!!
Very poor customer service on the owners behalf. I contacted Juan last night regarding a vehicle. We are located in WV and advised we were coming tomorrow & would gladly leave a deposit by phone. Juan stated no deposit was necessary just to be in touch in the morning . We were - took off work 4 hours early & got cash. Son of the owner decided he was giving it to his girlfriend and Juan was defending us that it was sold. Bottom line - the owner & his son will take a car right out from under you. Be careful and shop elsewhere.
