Lou did an outstanding job in repairing the body damage to my mother's vehicle. She told me it looks like a new vehicle now. She also remarked how nice a man he is, and that he clearly takes tremendous pride in his work and it shows. She said she never dreamed her car would look as nice as it did when Lou was finished, based on how badly it was smashed in when she took it to him.
