I called and made an appointment over a month ago. When I spoke with the lady on the phone she informed me they did not take my insurance, which I completely understand. When I asked if I could pay out of pocket they said that would be great and booked me out a month in advance. I took time off of work to come to this specific office from doctor recommendations. RecommendedReally like Dr. Bernardi. He is kind, takes time with you and explains things so you understand. The whole office is very courteous and friendly. I appreciate they are close to where I live and I never have to wait long when I have an appointment.
Dr. Turner is amazing! The nurse at the Louisville location was very nice and helped me remain calm. However, a nurse at the Lagrange location is not very friendly and talks to me as if I should not be calling regarding said reasons. All in all a wonderful practice, but said nurse needs an adjustment with her patient-care skills.
This the best Dermatology I have ever been to,the work they go is remarkable I have had 19 skin cancer spots removed & a place about 3 inches long 3/4 inch deep removed can't even see scar. My Dr Bernardi
