Wife and I both looking for new Dentist. We both went separately, both verified they took our discount plan. After reviewing services we were billed more than our plan indicated. We Contacted the office, were told that they only take one discount plan and it was not the one we verified twice. We were mislead. We both paid to much. Unfortunately we will not return we enjoyed the service. Take extra steps to ensure they accept your plan.
The Doctor is very knowledgeable and patient with me.
Outstanding dentist and office. I called them up two weeks ago needing and appointment after another office was playing games. Parsell Family got me an appointment asap and the visit was excellent. Dr. Parsell is extremely professional and her staff are great too. 10/10
Really nice and clean facility. Dr Parsell is very thorough in my appointment. She is the first dentist I’ve had that brought to my attention that she is also checking for Oral cancer. I was a new patient and was seen quickly and everything met expectations. Thank you!
