I have spoken with the Customer Service Department Several Times regarding my services for accepting collect calls from Jail. Not only will you get different answers each time you call, you will speak with an unexperienced Department Manager by the name of Elizabeth. Good Luck to all who have to go through them. Very Poor Service.
