I echo the feedback about rude. I've been here several times and the female cashier and person who answers the phone is always beyond rude. Today she told me how they were so busy they could not return my call from 2 days ago to get a tire. I asked if I should try elsewhere if they thought they couldn't fit us in. She coped a real attitude and said yes. This is based on at least 3 different experiences with the same person.

Excellent service. Went in I could hear thumping noise when I drove my car. Lucas stopped what he was doing and took my car for drive and he immediately knew it was my tires. Not many mechanics would do that. Usually have to make appointment most places. He ordered my new tires and the next day installed them. Love my tires. He is very nice and excellent mechanic. Everyone is very nice there. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Parsch Auto, and Lucas. As a business owner my work vehicles are important in my day to day operations. In emergency situations, I was able to bring in a tire for replacement, and allow me to get back to work. Every time I bring a work vehicle in, repairs are made in a timely manner. I drop it off in the morning and it’s done by the end of the day, and ready for pick up. They are reliable, honest, and fair priced. I highly recommend them to anyone with auto repair needs.

Was just in there and oh what an attitude we got from the cashier female behind the counter. When your rude that is real bad for business. We got no service, she was that Rude.. Never gave us a chance to say what we were actually there for. Snob
