I am very satisfied with the service I received from Pars. I hired them to upgrade an old natural gas boiler system with a new HE unit. I was impressed with the efficiency of the work even though the installation was complicated by the age of the system and the building. All of the workers were kind, professional and demonstrated a great attention to detail in finding solutions and finishing the job for a fair price. Thank you for taking care of my heating needs!

I would not recommend Pars Plumbing. No quote was provided before the work, and when I asked about the cost on the phone, I was told it wasn’t a big job and should be “not too much.” However, the final bill was shockingly high. I even showed it to another plumber, who confirmed I was charged well over the normal rate for this type of work. Very disappointing and not transparent at all.

We had an unfortunate experience with this company and its employees/owner (same guy, different hats…). After quoting a specific amount as the job was clear, once the job was done, on the bill he added unexpected charges for tools (I’m not referring to materials/parts) that we had already discussed from the start that would be needed on the phone call and expected to be included obviously, which were never disclosed upfront any additional cost to them $$$ (before and during the work).
