Drop off my vehicle at 9 30 am time they open, needed brake pads changed. Found out at 2pm Jaime lost keys to my vehicle did not take full responsibility for the key lock service and charged us for part of the service when it was his fault. Did not get my vehicle until today past noon. Will not be returning to his shop.
Have used PARS for years and absolutely have the upmost respect for the great work they do there. Very trustworthy and thorough with their jobs. Recommend them highly
