Some of the most beautiful rugs! Was very helpful with selecting the perfect rug for my home and I feel I learned a lot about the different styles of Persian rugs
Purchased three rugs for $27K. Two of them turned out to be defected. One had a little tear on the side and the other had a stain in one corner. Was promised by the owner that those were easy fixes and he would come and fix them. Never showed up despite multiple follow ups. My suggestion, do NOT do business with them.
I have taken many of my rugs for cleaning and repair and have been very happy with the results.
I LOVE my rug. That's why I made sure to find a company that knows how to clean it and remove dust, not just add chemicals to it. It's a hand knotted silk rug in light colors that not only had Kool-aide on it but stains I also caused by trying to remove the Kool-aide. I got the rug back even better than new, and it's wasn't cheap. But if you take care of your rugs you should not have to do this kind of thing. I am thankful this company is here in danville
